Designing the Friendly JigSolitaire UI

The interface in JigSolitaire intentionally leans into soft, friendly shapes. The rounded cards, pill‑shaped buttons and quest‑style progress bars are inspired by casual mobile games.

Instead of hard shadows and high contrast, we use gentle gradients and warm purples to keep your attention on the puzzle itself. UI elements fade in with small animations so they feel alive without fighting for focus.

This design language carries across the category grid, level select screen and win dialog, creating a consistent experience that feels comforting rather than stressful.
